The main level offers an open concept with an updated kitchen, high top dining table for four, a cozy living area boasting high ceilings and a smart TV. Step out onto the spacious deck to enjoy the calming views and the original 1930’s brick silo. Also on the main level, are two suites. The first bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. The second bedroom includes a king bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Lower level opens into a game room equipped with a foosball table and darts. The lower level offers a laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer. You will also find a storage space with cornhole, horseshoe, extra outdoor activities, additional outdoor chairs and access to the lower level deck. Enjoy the lower level deck and scenery while grilling out on the charcoal grill and dining at the picnic table.
Explore the outdoors by relaxing on either the upper or lower decks, enjoying the firepit, or by taking a short walk down to the 1930’s brick silo or the creek access located to the right at the corner of the property. Silo Rose is situated on over an acre and a half of land and is conveniently located less than 20 minutes from West Jefferson or Boone, ideal for shopping and dining in the High Country.
