Hello 4 Seasons,
Your staff is top notch.
Assuming we don't have to wait for a long time for the deposit to be returned, we will be staying at your cabins more frequently. The cabin was average for the money, but the woman I spoke with on the phone was very courteous, very knowledgeable, very professional. Then you followed up with a phone call before leaving the office. That is the # 1 reason I chose you guys. Im not impressed with your policies regarding the deposit methods, but assuming I get it back in a timely manner, your great customer service over-shawdows any small descrepancies. You need to keep her around!!!!!
